Claim for someone else processed (yet again) on my MSA

I recently went to the dentist to have around R4000 work done on my teeth (19 July 2019). After 1 week I have yet to hear anything from Discovery after submitting my claim via the app.

When I was looking through my claims history today, I suddenly realised that I have an amount of R5716.80 submitted againt my MSA by heath care professional "WEAKLY M E" from the 27th of June. I haven't done anything during this time. What is going on here?

I Want my OWN claim in the amount of R3958. 80 from Smileway Dental practise loaded and paid out to me immediately, and this ********** R5800 claim that isn't even mine, reversed ASAP.

Just so you know: This is NOT the first time that Discovery has done this to me. It has happened before. It is shocking and shameful to say the least, as Discovery is a financial services provider and should therefore care more about the security of their clients.

It clearly shows that staff comptenecy seems to be starting to dwindle within your organisation.

Fix this ASAP.
