Claim Dispute not resolved

A doctor claimed for a consultation which never happened. I submitted a claim dispute with confirmation. After Discovery called the doctor, he also confirmed that the consultation never happened. A month has passed and several phone calls to Discovery resulting in different stories (someone's not doing their job - Matthew) the issue has not been resolved. I've been told that the matter is being handled by the forensic department and when I called again, I've been told they're waiting for the doctor to reverse the claim. <br> <br> A month has passed and clearly the doctor's not going to reverse the claim and Discovery does not seem to care that this is happening and is allowing a doctor to claim for service that was not provided despite several attempts to reverse the claim from my side.
