Claim bot fully paid

Dicovery Health is a **** and they just dont care. Child was admitted for in hospitalisation and they did not cover the full amount to the specialist. When I called they told me the best advise they can give is to add a gap cover or upgrade. On top of premium, already getting charged almost R3000 per month for a medical aid and the other potion is being paid by my employer. Do they want want our full salaries in order to be covered for an injury???? There is no point pf having a medical aid then. Im highly disapointed cause now im left with a debt that they refuse to cover but we are already paying too much for their premiums
