Claim being deleted cos we too useless to understand client query. Issue @ hand reading without comprehension.

On the 08.01.2025 I submitted a claim which I paid the doctor. Sent all documentation with PoP. Now go into App and claim deleted from there side.

If you got *********** people to do claims on line tell us as Discovery clients that you either don't want to reimburse us or have you now got the attitude the Dr is paid so what the F@&£.

The query was was this Dr not supposed to have claimed from DCC instead of invoicing me ? But I think the question is above the mental capacity of your staff in claim.

So let's just delete the query and the claim and f@#^ the customer.
