Claim: 3 interactions later, still no joy

I recently had a dental implant done by a maxillofacial surgeon, Dr Greeff. He also fitted the crown when the procedure was complete. Since his quote for the crown had been on par with my dentist's quote, I went ahead with the work at his surgery. <br> <br> Discovery has repeatedly refused to pay a claim for R4421.60 for the crown implant. Between the surgeon's practice and myself, 3 calls have been made in the last 8 days, all yielding no joy. Truly disappointing service from a company that prides itself on customer service excellence.
