Claim

I was so disappointed with the service which I got from this company. I went to see the Dr a specialist and only to find that the medical told me that I had no funds. I only so Dr (Gp) once this year, I decided to see a specialist today meaning that it was my second visit to the Dr today. I pay R5400 just for me and my daughter with no fail. I am definitely going to cancell this medical aid it's very useless. All that they do is to take our money and fail to give servise. Very useless .
