Claim

So I had my daughter at casualties. Very high fever and severe tonsillitis. Noting my MSA is exhausted I had opted to take her to casualties. Because of the Extender Day Benefit. Which if you google says SAVER PLAN has funds for kids casualties. None the less got the claim back had a massive fight with Discovery because they only partially paid the claim. Gave them a call just to be told the doctor is not part of Discovery and my plan does not cover the kids casualties. So in other words basically I pay a lot of money to discovery each month and none of my hospitalization was used. Now that I desperately needed to take my daughter to casualties the claim is not being paid. . . So you wanted me to ask the doctor whether or not he is contracted in with discovery even though he is with my network hospital. Basically you lie to all your clients and now I am stuck with an account because you are ***********! I am not happy and if this is the way you want to do it then I will get another medical aid and cancel with Discovery as they can do nothing more than lie to you. And having a fight with them doesn't even help they couldn't care less. So I should have just left my daughter ill. And not even bothered taking her to a doctor. Nice discovery! To make things worse I get told I misinterpreted the whole claim thing and I should have found out if the doctor is a discovery doctor. Then I get an email telling me I am wrong and this isn't part of my plan. But when you straight on google extender benefit it applies to the SAVER SERIES it doesn't state there subject to certain plans. Thanks for taking my money each month and not giving a damn whether or not my daughter can become critically ill even when running a high fever!!!
