Chronic treatment not enough for prescribed days

Ref :Netcare Medical Aid Medical aid no: *** Im on chronic medication and one of my meds Activelle has 28 tablets in it and you can't cut them since its a pellet and Enap is enough for 30 days. Clicks Sanridge didn't have the stock and have been without treatment Activelle for 7 days and Enap for 5 days. I foned Netcare Medical aid to find out what must I do since clicks wait for morevthan 30days to issue my chronic med and I was told that when Im picking up my meds I must ask the pharmacist to cal Propmb for an extra box of Activelle so as U wont be without my hormone treatment and hypertension treatment of which Netcare Medical aid refused.they they can only issue an extra if I was going away.Ref number for the call ***. What I would like to know is what must I take from the 28th of each month since my hormone treatment finishes then and after 30 days for my hypertension treatment is finished and clicks have no stock.
