Chronic test declained

My Dad has been diagnosed with a blood condition required to take Warfarin, this is an anticoagulant. Warfarin is used to prevent heart attacks strokes. The Doctor wrote a motivation to Discovery for blood tests to be done every 6 days and then once a month. It was submitted only to be told they will only approve 2pa. I find this shocking
