Chronic PMB Medication Approval

Discovery Medical Aid has always been our first choice, my husband has been a member since 2014 and they have giving us a good service until recently when I had acute pancreatitis and associated organ complications which ended up dissolving my pancreas and was diagnosed with T1 diabetes and on chronic medication being insulin and Creon 25000 and Creon 10000 to assist with digestive enzymes since I do not have a pancreas. DHMS has been giving me a run around for at least 3 months, declining or asking for further documentation which has already being provided by specialists. I am unable to afford the chronic medication, not taking it and just hoping for the best! This is saddening!
