Chronic meds partly approved

I am a discovery client for 18 years I was admitted to olivedale hospital for a double bypass all went well upon discharge I got a script to to get meds which i did from the hospital chemist most of these meds are chronic meds all good and well i got the meds i could not get them on chronic due it have to be approved by CIB which takes 3 days I came home contacted discovery send in the scripts to CIB call them after a few days they told some of the meds where approved and not all of them were approved by 100% so i would have to pay in how can a medical aid that what goo health for you pay a portion of it what happens now that I dont have money to cover the payment of the short fall well discovery dont care then i asked the lady if transaction can be reversed for the 25th now that the chronic meds are approved partly they said they use to now they cant they sorry its my own problem yet i was told it could be done what services is this medical providing is with bull **** servers its sucks yet I pay almost 4k a month for this plan and all my MSA is all finished I spoke to a person called Pinky Nodaka ref number is Ref I.D *** - You guys are assholes my contact number is ***
