Chronic medication patient abandoned

Patient suffers total paralysis without medication. Prescribed chronic medication out of stock for 3 months. Generic substituted by Discovery. Then generic goes out of stock. Patient made to find alternative. Specialist provides prescription for temporary alternative. Chronic department refuses to supply and blames specialist for not motivating to their satisfaction. Specialist asks what more can I do? Patient suffers paralysis attacks due to no medication. Discovery chronic department does not care - totally ignores all the facts and will not speak on the phone directly, only via PR department. Family member gets prescription filled for R550 so that suffering can be avoided. Still nothing from Discovery - total silence.
