Chronic medication all of a sudden not covered

Discovery Health has in two occasions in the past +14 years taken over administration of the medical schemes I belonged to. In both instances my cholesterol was paid in full due to the severity and the fact that its hereditary. Motivation was supp**** and shows on Discovery Health's systems. We left our medical scheme in the beginning of the year and signed directly with discovery health. After now supplying additional doctors motivation from doctors, blood test, their records and multiple attempts to resolve this, discovery still maintains they only pay R45 for cholesterol medication. I am currently on Storwin which is already a generic and is now accepted on there system as the medication I need, but they continue that they will only pay R45 towards the +/- R300. If this was one of the cheaper schemes I would have understood, but we took the more expensive one than what there telephonic consultant recommended to safeguard us for exactly this kind of issue.
