CHRONIC MEDICATION

This medical aid does not give a damn about peoples health.all they are interested in is collecting premiums and checking their profit margins and their policies which they instill on us and damn the consequences when there are problems.I have submitted the script for my chronic medication as requested a month ago but they only received it 2 weeks ago.i advised them on Monday 20/7 i had no medication for Monday.I was then told after placing the order the only company that can deliver is Optipharm on Wednesday.surprisingly on Wednesday i got a call from medexpress asking if theymust place the order for the medicarion.I was so angry i put the phone down.i have been without medication for the week now.Discovery does not care because their health is not affceted at all.My doctors has suggested that she will take it further should my condition deteriorate as a result of this.
