Chronic medication

I have a chronic illness listed on my Medical Aid. The scheme has being paying for my chronic asthma medication for the past 6 months. I recently got an uodated script and now I am informed that the scheme is no longer oaying for my chronic medication yet my chronic benefit is listed as unlimited!!!! I have tried to call Discovery but as usual no one works there and the phones just ring!!!!!! You pay your monthly premiums only to be cheated!!! I am changing my medical aid!!!!
