Chronic medication

I had an accident on the 15th of February and I broke my ankle. 2 Days after my operation I had a blood clot. At that point I was 10 weeks pregnant. And the doctor gave me clexane injections for my blood to keep my blood thin and protect my baby. And ever since I was released from hospital. I am batteling to get the medicine approved for chronic. As I can not go without it at this point. I can loose my baby if I do. And its almost 2 months that I am waiting for Discovery to approve it. Every time there is some excuse to why its not been approved. Please help!!!
