Chronic Illness Benefit: Elderly Dependant

Hello Peter,<br> An application for Chronic Illness Benefit had been made to Discovery in good faith and in good time. My elderly dependant, Mrs GS Mokhosi, had taken with to the doctor all her chronic medications to be included at application stage. <br> I had currently even attached a Word document to DHMS with the correct medication that best meet our health needs to ease out confusion. Mention was made that doctors are very busy and could easily omit some vital details too.<br> Her very first medical aid scheme chronic benefit had been systematically flawed as a result of negligence which was neither her fault or mine. I had been urging DHMS to fix their mistake quietly and professionally!!! <br> Reminders were made for them to objectively review my MSA allocation which they had ruthlessly charged against claims from Mrs GS Mokhosi's necessary chronic medications.<br> DHMS consultant today said one medication was not approved from the onset. <br> I had sent for my mother to go see the doctor with the sole aim of including all her medication under my Plan. It is a fact well-known by all who had helped her In January. <br> The July second opinion tests must be paid in full by DHMS. <br> Regards<br> Mbongwa Mokhosi
