Chronic covered but when ordered had a co payment of almost R800

<p>I have been with discovery for almost 3 years and never once had to pay a co payment for my husbands insulin</p> <p>We sent through the new script this month for the same medicine and now all of a sudden he needs to pay R800</p> <p>Please can someone explain what changed between this month and last month with discovery that all of a sudden now we must pay.</p> <p>All discovery wants is us to pay and they give nothing in return, and the worst is when we sent the script through for chronic cover everything was approved so please explain the new CO PAYMENT</p>
