Chronic Condition Invest

I have been with discovery health for 15years got diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism in 2017 app**** for chronic that year it was declined. Now after 7 years they still declined and only only covers Hypothyroidism! All this does not make sense and can’t be explained by the chronic department! How does it come up or choose with what people need!for all these years I have been going to bara the long que transport money, paying out of my pocket for blood tests, tablets and seein a specialist etc but am paying discovery and only covers things that I don’t have why??? This has been a issue for so long with discovery and yet they would rather focus or invest in banks, insurance credit card etc. I can’t get chronic because my condition is not HYPO!
