Chronic claim STILL unpaid
After logging a complaint with hello peter in November I had numerous people calling me stating they would short my query out. The claim has apparently been resubmitted several times and to this date I have STILL received no payment. Every time I phone and a different person answers I have to repeat the whole story again wasting my airtime and nothing gets resolved. This has been going on since I first submitted my claim in October. Doctors visits for chronic diabetes has had to be cancelled and I am very dissatisfied with this service
