My first claim in a decade and I am thoroughly unimpressed so far. Their "medical aid rate" is R283 for an Opthalmologist surgical procedure. I must pay the difference.

I was promised that pre-assessment would be addressed by close of business yesterday by manager Malibongwe. It hasn't happened.

I want a call back immediately.
