CHILD NOT TAKEN TOO Paediatrician SINCE BIRTH

Hello<br> <br> i am well aware that my cover on KEYCARE is very much GP based.<br> <br> My child is now 4 months old and has not been to a Paediatrician, my doctor also refuses to do a referal. <br> i am certain that i have every right to apply to discovery for a referral.<br> <br> my question is why is my GP so reluctant to do this? for over 3 months I have been begging the GP to do a referal and the gp point blank refuses.<br> <br> can discovery allow just a single referal?<br> <br>
