Child Dependent *******s

My student daughter turned 21 in June. Discovery promptly sent me a letter to notify me that she will now be charged an adult dependant fee. What happened to student children being charged child dependent fees when sending in proof of studies? I see a lot of other medical aids do this... not discovery and we already pay exorbitant prices!
