Chewing Gum
I honestly do not appreciate when your team treats clients with such horrible customer service. The lady(s) don't even know where I came from and who I am but the one from collection/Delivery room spoke to me while chewing gum. I promise you she chews the gum so nasty I was already anticipating she would make it pop. I as a client of Discovery Health I do not appreciate being treated like that and I would suggest your employees start treating us with respect.
