Cheque sent it been a month's now & nothing ever come by my post

Discovery sent a cheque on the 02/04 to pay Doctors unpaid fees after Doctors claim was declined by them it been a s months now I am not receiving a cheque I have called them several times thy don't come up with plan B as the Doctors now believe I received the cheque n used it I don't know why in the 1st place they had to sent a cheque n n even letters thy were posted after this cheque has arrived but this one it not there;and thers no sign it will ever come.being notified as their client that i must expect a cheque ....even now i am still shopping around for a new medical aid company because I am tired of this discovery health post to pillar things even if this cheque was coming overseas it should have came by now I doubt it was sent cos thy call centre talk different stories every time I call.
