Cheaper Plan Rip-off

We have down graded from Classic Core to a cheaper plan Key Care Plus due to unemployment. When down grading to Key Care Plus you have to earn less then R8000 per month. My current income is ±R5000. We paid R3600 for Classic Core (Member plus One) and when changing to Key Care Plus we were suppose to pay around R2000 (R990 per member). They took R4100 on the new plan. We are devastated. This happened at the end of June 2018 and we are still waiting for the money to be paid back. I am so disgusted in this service after many years of membership. I will never use Discovery again. Please pay back my money which was ******. I am going to take this matter to the Ombudsman should I not get my money back within the next week and communication stating that they will refund me. We cancelled our membership and are no long Discovery members due to this.
