*********** Chat agent called Melissa (highly unprofessional)

Someone from Discovery customer services called Melissa who was operating your Chat Bot this morning at 10 am, is highly *********** and extremely unprofessional. Instead of directing me to the right person to speak to, they gave me poor answers, then told me they'd make an "exception" by calling me and then never did and proceeded to ignore me after that, eventually ending the chat with me. I called customer care and was helped within 5 minutes. Whoever Melissa is, I suggest she gets more training in customer service and professionality. I have screenshots of her unprofessional responses to me and her lack of response to eventually her ending the chat.
