Charging 2024 prices from June 2023

Please explain something. Your 2024 letter says my contribution will be to R1565.00 from 1 January 2024 but your have been debiting my bank account with that amount from June 2023. The following is from the PLAN LETTER you sent me on 30 October 2023!!

Contribution Update Your contributions to Discovery Health Medical Scheme will change in line with your plan’s specific medical inflation on 1 January 2024. This will ensure that the Scheme remains sustainable in the long term and can continue to provide you with market-leading healthcare benefits

And then ………

Your plan contribution update for 1 January 2024 Your monthly contribution for the Essential Dynamic Smart Plan from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 will be: Total for medical scheme benefits R 1 565.

Why have you been charging me R1565.00 from 1 June 2023 when you state above that my contributions from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2024 will be R1 565.00?

Please advise urgently and refund the R805.00 overcharge immediately. I will be complaining on Hello Peter, once again.
