Charged twice for Medical aid. Now have to wait 5 - 7 Days to be refunded.

<p>I have recently been put on Discovery medical aid this month by my employer. I was debited the ammount off my salary aswell. When I called them it said it would take 5 - 7 working days to refund me. This is not acceptable. It was a subtantial ammount of money which I am unable to operate. This is absolutly pathetic.
