Changes without notice

Someone changed my health plan, and you sent me a message saying I’ve changed my health plan when I did no such. I won’t pay for something that is being changed without my knowledge . This doesn’t feel safe at all. And I’ve tried contacting discovery but just don’t get through to anyone.
