Change Surnam

I have gotten married and have tried three times to change my surname on my medical aid each time they say they will log a call. This all started in December 2014. I even went through a Financial Consultant in hope that this would facilitate the change. Still no joy. Today 12/04/2016 being a year and four months, this still has not been done. Don't know where to turn as phone calls get me no where
