Change of plan without consent
I don't have enough characters to type the whole story but bottom-line discovery can change plans without consent and by sending you a mail and if you don't respond they take it as a yes when it suits them. playing with 70 year old members plans and hiding behind emails that says we are going to change and reply if you want it changed back is utter nonsense and embarrassing.

spent again over an hour on the phone yesterday and transferred from one person to the next while making me wait only to hear all the excuses in the world. eventually I just put the phone down.

I urge Mr Mujeeb Bray to listen to all these calls to see what sort of excuses and poor service I get and the advice given to me and the reasons why discovery changed the plan, from affordability to viewing the way we claim to how to change plans etc. pls can you call me sir!!

bottom line my parents plan was changed without consent.

imagine Vodacom, Telkom, did the same

absolutely shameful. we must watch our mails in case they change something. but when we need a change they quickly call and say you not allowed. all I want is my original plan back and pls can you call me sir so I can in detail explain
Thank you for your comment.
I have tried contacting you but you were unable to take my call.
With effect from 01/01/2013 we had introduced the KeyCare Access plan to our KeyCare series. This was accompanied with the restructuring of our income bands which resulted in some income bands being combined.
We identified members that would be impacted and proactively changed their plans to the KeyCare Access plan. They did have the option, however, to still change their plans back to KeyCare Plus if they notified us by 2013/03/31.
I have sent communication to you which explains the above in more detail.
I trust that the communication has provided you with clarity regarding your query.
Should you have any further queries that you may require assistance with, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Regards
Megan
