Change of medical aid plan

I want to change my medical aid plan. Been trying to action this since Nov 2017. Eventually I phoned them in January 2018 just to hear that the window period to change my plan is between Oct-Nov every year. Result is that I am stuck for another 9 months paying for something that I am not using. Very unhappy with DISCOVERY!!!!Oh, and there is a penalty fee if you want to cancel your medical aid with them.
