Change of DR

I have heared enough having to call you and nothing get done.Last week I called in to change my doctors and I was advised they were changed but when I get to the DR yesterday I was advised that I didn't select the doctor with guys but I did call and change.<br> <br> I need someone to call me and explain why they were not changed and reverse my emergency visist or tell me to go to feadhelth.
