Change in Discovery Health benefits for 2021 which Discovery benefits from not the client!!!

Discovery health has put a limit on OTC medication which is very unfair to the client as it is cheaper to ask your pharmacist than to go to a GP and get a prescription for medication!! When I called them they said people are abusing this OTC on medical aid!! Why don't you deal with people who abusing this benefit instead of punishing everyone!! My daughter has Acne how do i get her treatment with that limit!! Discovery Health is making changes to line their pockets!! I pay for my medical aid why do you get to decide how I use my MSA!! Now I must go to a skin specialist and pay them then still pay for the medicine which is now gonna cost me double the amount!! Don't make excuses deal with the people abusing their medical aids instead of making everyone suffer
