Challenge obtaining chronic medication

I am on chronic medication which I receive monthly from Medxpress, Year after year they complicate their service delivery method on supplying the elder with the order, last year I had to send multiple smses to confirm a monthly standing order of my medication, this year I am suppose to download an app on phone the does not support any apps. Why are you making it so difficult for me to get my medication without any hassles. Where is there professional quality and service Discovery is known for and how to I rectify this, please contact me urgently.
