Cash back miles just **** promises

Im recieving the worse customer service between vitality and the bank rewards ive been shopping at pick n pay wirh the so called false idea tgat i qualify for 40 percent discount on healtg products yet for 3 mo ths nothing but empty promises today is 25 after waiting for 2 mo ths still nothing recieved from the uselrless services you guys offer. People pls be aware of this ridiculously poor service from vitality and vitality banks big on promises but they cant keep there word pretty useless custo er service
