Cash ***

I was admitted at Eugene Marais hospital for 1 night, the hospital demanded a cash payment of R10 000 prior to admission, as in same day as I was about to be admitted. I have Discovery medical aid and a Gap Cover. Discovery refuses to refund me yet they have received and paid the hospital an amount of R24 007.95 and excluding specialist, X-rays, MRI tests. Does that mean for 1 night the Hospital claim is R 34 007.95 which includes my cash loan of R10 000? I want my refund urgently before I move to another medical aid because it is unnecessarily expensive.
