Caseman is terrible

I got authorization for a hospital stay as I was admitted as a private patient now after I sent in the documents on monday to *** to get the length of stay updated still nothing done. A agent opened a enquiry and now I have to wait again this is pathetic in January I had the same issue but it was resolved immediately to get my claim paid to me as I paid it cash
