Case workers with no compassion or understanding of Medical field

At 10:52 on 16 August 2021 I received 2 calls from what we now know was my wife's oncology case worker (Natalie?). I missed the call because I was in a meeting. The case worker then called my wife who answered on the 4th call (my wife was in ICU receiving treatment. The case worker INSISTED on speaking to my wife even though doctors were busy with her in ICU (that's intensive care unit for the case worker). A number was given to my wife to call back but she cannot remember. I tried calling the number i have ***) but of course NO ONE is allowed to call someone at Discovery Health. Till today, 25 August no Oncology case worker has bothered to call, so what is the point of having one?
