CARDS NOT DELIVERED

Firstly Discovery made an error on my daughter's name on the Membership certificate which they spelled wrong, I called them and after a couple of occasions them not correcting the certificate they eventually got it right. Then in May they sent my card only to find the card with still the same incorrect name for my daughter. I called them they said they will look into the matter and correct the card. I sent them the Membership certificate with correct names and they told me they will fix it till today I haven't received any cards. I have called and emailed and i was told the card will be sent to me but till today I haven't received any cards. This was in June and now its November so I really do not understand what is going on here. No one calls to ask if I have received the cards there is no follow up nothing. I'm disgusted with the poor service whilst I pay a lot of money for this medical aid, you can't issue the smallest thing ... CARDS
