Card Way Overdue!!!!!

<p>My Husband & i decided to move to dicovery Medical aid 3 months Back because of the great reviews we got. He was told that we will get the card in no later than 2 weeks Time. Howeve to this date there is nothing.. He has been calling and to inform them that we have not received the card but the lady who spoke to him said the card is still with couriers, few weeks after that he called again and they said they will send through another card to a different address. However to this day No Card had been delivered.</p> <p>On Monday the 23rd He Called agai and was informed that there was a misunderstanding with his policy plan and no cards have been dispatched. They gave him the run around for almost four months now, while debiting money every month only to tell him that there is a misundestanding with the policy.</p> <p>They promised to have it sorted out before end of business day on the 23rd however, untill today we have money going out of his account, No Card, No Policy Number and have to pay cash when going to a doctor.</p>
