Card still not delivered, almost a year later

I joined Discovery Medical Aid in October 2014, I was advised that my Discovery Health Card would be delivered within 4 - 8 weeks. It is now 8 months later and i still have not received my card. I have called and emailed numerous times and each time i get told that it will take 4-8 weeks., needless to say, my card has still not been delivered. I just tried calling them now before writing this complaint, I was told that the systems are offline and they can't do anything for me.<br> <br> I have been refused treatment from certain doctors because as a first time patient i need to produce the card. I cannot not always print out and present a copy of the Medical Aid Certificate everytime i visit a doctor.<br> <br> I have almost given up and will be looking at alternative Medical Aid options if this is not sorted out within the next few days.
