Capitec & Discovery

I have tried now for three months to pay Discovery Health via Capitec. The pre-loaded beneversariy wouldn't work. And month two it worked not. It is now month three ... and it is still not working. I can't pay my medical insurance. It is a night mare!!! So what is Discovery Health and Capitec doing. Are Discovery Health goning to pay my bill if I 'm in accident? I have report this problem three months ago. Can't Discovery & Capitec solve this problem??? I want an answer tomorrow morning.
