Capitalist medical aid that only cares about taking money from clients

for the last nine months of my pregnancy i have bled money out my nostrils like i do not have a medical aid simply because of capitalist medical aid like discovery that seems to only care about the bottom line. today i called in asking for them to provide me with the rate of how much they will pay me from the 7450 birth fee i paid my midwife, the little delinquent client services attendant had the nerve to ask me for a code , i provided him with a icd code which he responded with attitude that he needs a procedure code. where am i supposed to get a procedure code, i have just told you this a natural birth fee from the midwife.

So i am expected to get out my house still recovery from giving birth to find a procedure code, discovery as a medical aid should know what is their rate for a natural birth fee with having to ask the client.

Besides the fact that everyone i put through my claims of 400 consultation fee for my midwife Ruwaida Moola, i was only paid 110 rand and it was taken from my consultation with registered nurse for antenatal classes, which is absolutely pathetic and i have told them these consultation are with my midwife for pregnancy checks same as consulting a gynae. but no the capitalist have continued to not pay me all my money however i pay their expensive useless medical aid every month without fail.

but then again the fact that i have to pay 500 to the gynae as a levy fee and then he also claims from medical aid but discovery has refused to pay me the 500 that paid Dr. Mokaya makes no sense. the only people benefiting here are discovery and health professionals

God knows I am hunting for a new medical aid that will care and not ***** money from me.
