Can't order chronic medication

I received sms stating my chronic medication order using Medxpress is due, 23 days after my last order. I contacted the call centre and was told I could only order after another 20 days. I have been taking time and effort to fetch the order from Dischem myself saving Discovery money since 2015. Ridiculous I have been penalized for this. This is a new rule which I don't know about. I make a co payment as well. I must find another medical aid.
