Can't download Policy Schedule from mass mail

I got an email for my discovery anniversary letter, click the link, get directed to the discovery website log in, get this error when clicking the download button

An error was caused while processing this request. javax.ejb.EJBException: za.co.discoverylife.message.MessageAdapterException: Content is not allowed in prolog.

If you are going to send out mass notices make sure your services are up and working.
