Cannot use Discovery Vitality without a app only for Android or Apple

Trying to activate my vitality rewards, but can only be done via the app i cannot install on my rooted device.

No other options or solution from Discovery. For a company that boast they are technically inclined, it does feel like the stone age to only support walled gardens to access their services.

Why does their website a vendor neutral solution not support it?
