Cannot Reinstate membership after 8 years of lotal

So, in October I request to change my plan with Discovery, after 8 years, as I have been retrenched and the premiums are to high...no reply. I don't pay for 90 days and now that I want to pay, as I am once more employed (by a company who is a Discovery partner)...Discovery now expects me to pay the first three months without benefits. Do you think I should stay with Discovery?....did they pay for any bills while i couldn't pay?...did they send a cheque with the balance of the MSA......YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING. Bye bye...I go to your opposition.
