Cannot pay for medication using medxpress

I received sms Medxpress order ref mx000bdflq I must make payment within 48 hours or order will be cancelled. I tried to make payment at 21h45 Monday evening but it just hangs. Please resolve the problem. I had the same issue before not resolved. Time to change medical aids.
